Grounding Busbars

Grounding busbars are a type of connection element used to ensure that the electrical load in the electrical installation is safely discharged to the ground. Grounding busbars can be defined as a kind of metal bar to which the conductors are connected and the grounding conductor is also connected.

Grounding busbars in electrical installations ensure that the electrical equipment in the installation is connected to the grounding lines and ensure the safe operation of the devices by connecting them to the ground. In addition, the safety of the installation is increased thanks to the grounding busbars.

Grounding busbars are usually made of copper, aluminum or steel. Thanks to the holes on the bars, grounding conductors and other conductors can be easily connected. Bars can be of different sizes and shapes and are chosen according to the needs of each installation.
